Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you visit adflowez.com (the “Site”) or contact us. Adflowez is operated by Yuval Gilad, a licensed dealer (עוסק מורשה) registered in Israel (“Adflowez”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are the controller responsible for your personal information. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@adflowez.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, and a limited amount of technical information automatically.
Information you provide:
- When you submit our audit or contact form: your name, email address, phone number, website, monthly revenue range, and a description of what you need help with.
- When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or by booking a call: the information you choose to share and the content of your messages.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical data logged by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used to operate and secure the Site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we are a good fit to work together;
- To provide, and communicate with you about, our services;
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business; the performance of, or steps taken prior to entering into, a contract with you; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Google (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script): stores form submissions and records of visits that arrive from our ads, and delivers our notification emails.
- Vercel: hosts the Site.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): when you submit our audit or contact form, we send Meta your name, email address, and phone number in hashed form, which means each one is turned into a fixed code before it leaves our server, so Meta can match it to an account it already holds without ever receiving it in readable form. Your IP address and browser information are sent alongside it. This happens through Meta's Conversions API, and we do it to learn which of our ads led to your enquiry. Separately, while the Meta Pixel is active in your browser, Meta receives your IP address, your browser information, and the pages you view here. Section 6 explains how to switch the Pixel off and stop this sharing.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site links to third-party services, including Google (appointment booking) and WhatsApp (Meta). When you use them, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
6. Cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the Site to function.
We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies to measure the performance of our advertising and to help us reach relevant audiences. How it starts depends on where you are visiting from. Outside Israel we ask first: a banner appears, and the Pixel only loads if you choose Accept. For visitors in Israel, where we are based, the Pixel may instead load as the page opens, with a short notice telling you so and a one-click way to turn it off.
If you reach the Site by clicking one of our ads, or any other tagged link, we also set a first-party cookie in your browser that records which ad or campaign brought you, the page you landed on, and the site you came from. It exists so we can tell which advertising is working. It holds no name, email address, or phone number, and it expires after 90 days.
One more small cookie is set on every visit. It records only whether or not you are browsing from Israel, and it decides which of the two cookie messages above you are shown.
You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you choose Decline there, the Pixel does not load, we do not send your details to Meta, and we clear the advertising cookie described above. Turning it off part-way through a visit stops us using the Pixel straight away, and it will not load again afterwards. If you click one of our ads again in future, that advertising cookie can be set once more by the link itself, but with Decline saved we do not act on it.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
8. International transfers
We are based in Israel, and our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Visitors in the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; residents of Israel have rights under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. To exercise any right, email us at privacy@adflowez.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
13. Contact us
