Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you visit adflowez.com (the “Site”) or contact us. Adflowez is operated by Yuval Gilad, a licensed dealer (עוסק מורשה) registered in Israel (“Adflowez”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are the controller responsible for your personal information. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@adflowez.com.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, and a limited amount of technical information automatically.

Information you provide:

  • When you submit our audit or contact form: your name, email address, website, monthly revenue range, and a description of what you need help with.
  • When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or by booking a call: the information you choose to share and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard technical data logged by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used to operate and secure the Site.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we are a good fit to work together;
  • To provide, and communicate with you about, our services;
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business; the performance of, or steps taken prior to entering into, a contract with you; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Google (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script): stores form submissions and delivers our notification emails.
  • Vercel: hosts the Site.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site links to third-party services, including Google (appointment booking) and WhatsApp (Meta). When you use them, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies are needed for the Site to function. With your consent, we also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies to measure the performance of our advertising and to help us reach relevant audiences. We ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential cookies are set, and you can decline, or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you decline, the Pixel is not loaded.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

8. International transfers

We are based in Israel, and our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Visitors in the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; residents of Israel have rights under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. To exercise any right, email us at privacy@adflowez.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.

13. Contact us
